What does the AI actually do?
NorthWorks works like a sharp business manager on your payroll. Each morning it reads your own numbers and tells you what to deal with first; Fridays it wraps the week and points out which jobs earned and which were underpriced. Drop in any form and Smart Fill reads it and fills in your business details. Scan a scary letter from CRA or WCB and it explains it in plain English with the deadline tracked. Describe a job in plain words and it drafts the estimate at your labour rate. Ask it anything about your business — or just talk to it from the truck and it logs the job. You can turn all of it off any time.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your jobs, documents, and numbers stay on your device — there’s no account or server. Scanning happens on your phone. The only thing that ever leaves is a short summary of your numbers, and only while the AI brief is turned on. See our Privacy Policy.
How does scanning a receipt or licence work?
Point your camera at it. NorthWorks reads it on your device to pull the total, vendor, or expiry date, and can set a renewal reminder for you. The image never leaves your phone.
Do renewal and deadline reminders work?
Yes. Enable reminders in Settings and NorthWorks will notify you before a licence, insurance, or filing comes due.

How do I cancel?
Manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone’s Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
All data is stored on your device. Deleting the app removes it completely.
